AlaCOMP, a privately owned company that manages workers compensation insurance, tasked SNA with the complete renovation of an existing building they purchased for their new, expanded Headquarters building in Montgomery, Alabama.

The company owners wanted to alter the overall building impression through changes to the exterior skin and landscape; SNA altered the exterior cladding of the building, adding new materials and increasing daylight with new windows, while using the opportunity to correct existing waterproofing issues. Re-working the site included a new parking lot for employees, and the provision of new ADA parking, building egress, lighting, and additional landscaping. Inside the building, SNA provided a complete interior finishes renovation for the existing open office, break rooms, manager offices and training space. Additionally, SNA converted an existing warehouse space into a high-end executive suite to include offices, meeting spaces, a lounge, display, kitchen, small group training, and high end restroom and locker room for the company leaders.

South Alabama Chemistry Building Remodel

The Chemistry Building Exterior Renovation at the University of South Alabama campus in Mobile is a multi-phased construction
project that allows the building to remain occupied during construction. This renovation project is a complete exterior skin replacement including all masonry, doors, windows and storefront entries. The existing foam roof was completely replaced with a new modified bitumen roof and insulation.
